Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery at shop.varyacrafts@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no need to ship anything back.
Change of mind
Because of how our items are fulfilled, we're currently unable to accept returns for a change of mind (wrong color chosen, no longer wanted, etc.). We'd rather be upfront about this than promise something we can't deliver — please review the product details and color options carefully before ordering, and reach out with any questions first.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually make changes before an order ships, but can't guarantee it once it's already in fulfillment.
